Privacy Policy

Short version: I collect only what I need to reply to you and to understand what works on the site. Nothing is sold, and you can ask to see or delete your information at any time.

What is collected
When you send an enquiry: your name, phone, email, the type of session, and your message. You don't have to provide them, but without them I can't reply.
In the background: the page you arrived on, where you came from, and a code derived from your internet address that cannot be turned back into it. This tells me what brought you here and helps spot automated submissions.
Cookies
Only if you agreed in the banner:
- Statistics — PostHog, to see which pages interest people and what works less well.
- Marketing — the Meta (Facebook) pixel, to see which adverts work. Meta also uses this information for its own purposes, and stores it in the United States.
Without your agreement neither one loads at all. You can change your mind at any time through Cookie settings at the foot of every page, and accept one without the other.
Where it is kept
Enquiries and photographs are stored on servers in the European Union, with infrastructure providers only. The single exception is the Meta pixel — and only if you agreed to it. Access is restricted and protected, and the photographs are not publicly reachable.
How long
- An enquiry that didn't become a booking — deleted after three years.
- Client details — kept while the relationship is relevant. A family photographed as newborns often comes back for a halaka or a bar mitzvah years later.
- Records with an invoice behind them — as long as the law requires.
Your rights
At any time you can ask:
- To see what is held about you
- To correct information that is wrong or out of date
- To delete your information
- To come off any mailing list
- To withdraw consent you gave
- To object to a particular use

Photographs of clients and children
The galleries include photographs of clients, among them children. A photograph is published on the basis of the permission given in the photography agreement — permission to publish is separate from permission to take the photograph. Want one removed? Write to me and it comes down.
Other
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. If the answer you get isn't satisfactory, you can complain to the Privacy Protection Authority at the Ministry of Justice. The Hebrew version is binding; if it conflicts with this English translation, the Hebrew prevails.
