First day of school
A new chapter begins with books, a satchel, and plenty of excitement.
In short
First-day-of-school sessions for children and siblings, in the Hadera studio and outdoors. Sets are built around a classroom and a school — a chalkboard, a satchel, books, signs and letters — alongside natural portraits. A session runs about an hour. The season opens in June, so it is worth holding a date before the school year ends.

01When should we photograph?
From June through early September. Most families shoot over the summer holiday so the pictures are ready for the first day.
02Do we bring a satchel and school kit?
Not necessarily — the studio has a chalkboard, a satchel, books, signs and letters. If you have already bought the real satchel, bring it; it makes the picture more personal.
03How long does the session take?
About an hour. Enough for several sets and one break if it is needed.
04Can siblings be photographed too?
Yes. Siblings starting school the same year, or simply siblings who want to be in the picture, can be combined.
05Can we shoot outdoors?
Yes, and the two can be combined. Most of these sessions happen in the studio, where the school-themed backdrops and props are.
